Returns & Refund
Welcome to ProOne returns and refund page. Please read our return policies and follow the instructions provided on this page carefully for a swift and easy return/ exchange.
Refund and Exchange Policy:
For refunds:
- If your product is not to your satisfaction at the time of the delivery, please raise a return request on the ProOne website to apply for a refund.   Â
- Refund requests must be raised within 1 day from the date of delivery.   Â
- Customers will have to pay for shipping charges when returning the product(s) back to ProOne. ProOne will only refund the full amount inclusive of the initial shipping charges paid by the customer on orders where it is applicable.
- If the original packaging has been damaged due to the customer’s mishandling, or the product has been opened with broken seal, the parcel will not be legible for refund.
For exchange:
- If your product(s) is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise an exchange request on the ProOne website or WhatsApp to apply for an exchange.    Â
- For damaged product(s), the replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after the delivery with a picture of the damaged product(s).Â
- For incorrect or incomplete orders, the replacement request must be raised within  5 days from the date of delivery with a picture of the incorrect/ incomplete product(s).Â
- Customers will have to pay for shipping charges when returning the product(s) due for exchange back to ProOne. ProOne will only refund the initial shipping charges paid by the customer on orders where it is applicable.
Valid reasons to exchange an item:
- Delivered order is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken).
- Delivered order is incomplete (i.e. has missing items).   Â
- Delivered order is incorrect (i.e. wrong product or size).  Â
Conditions for replacement:Â Â
- The product(s) must be unused.   Â
- The product(s) must be in its
original form.    - The product(s) must be returned in the original and undamaged ProOne packaging/box.  Â
How To Return an Item:
 Please follow these steps carefully ensure a successful appeal for refund/ exchange.
1. Head over to your Account.
2. Tap on Orders.
3. Scroll down and browse your orders. Tap on View for
the order you want to request a refund on.
4. Tap on Return Product(s).
5. Choose the reason for your return from the Return
Reason dropdown menu.
6. Check the items you wish to return.
7. Tap on Submit Return Request.
8. We'll receive your return request and contact you
shortly.
Note: If you did not create an account when placing an order, contact us on our WhatsApp/Email and send a return request with your Order Number.

IMPORTANT: If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Charges:
Orders Under 1 KG= Rs.200 per order
Charges are calculated as per third party courier rates on total weight of order.
